We ship using SENDLE courier services. This enables us to keep our shipping costs lower and provides you with a tracking number and peace of mind. Our couriers deliverer Australia Wide and direct to your door.
Unfortunately we are unable to post to PO Boxes via Courier. If you require delivery to a PO Box, please contact us for a shipping quote using Australia Post prior to checkout. If a PO Box is provided at checkout, we will contact you to confirm an alternative address or shipping arrangements.

Our orders are packed using recycled materials wherever possible. We pack every order to minimise any damage that may occur during transit and every item is checked prior to dispatch to be sure no damage is present.
For this reason we cannot offer a refund or return on damaged goods.
We will accept returns if an item is in undamaged condition and in original packaging (where applicable). Any postage costs to return the item will be at the customers expense. Returns will only be accepted if items are sent via REGISTERED post and notification to us has been given via email within 7 days of receiving item.
